In relatively low-risk environments such as the corporate office, a strong Health & Safety (H&S) strategy is often still disregarded. However, the potential impact of H&S issues can be significant, ranging from increased costs, reduced employee productivity and reputational risks. It covers some of the main challenges and crucial success factors when rolling out an H&S change management process, as well as the essential position that CRE teams have in driving this change.
