Alex operates in the Metro sales team as a sales agent with focus on transactions within the western city fringe area, specialising in Grey Lynn and Ponsonby. His key focus is identifying core assets, sites with development potential or add value potential to satisfy the high demand of buyers within the bullish Auckland market.

Current responsibilities

In a Partnership with the Metro Sales Team Alex works to unlock optimal outcomes for our vendors through his thorough approach and high customer service standards. The market currently favors vendors due to

  • International buyers are keen to invest into the Auckland market, due to economic stability
  • The proposed Auckland Unitary Plan and its positive effects on the urban planning
  • Auckland is a key city for growth and one of the most 20 dynamic cities in the world
  • Demographic changes and population growth, will demand more floor space in both, residential and commercial markets. Developers are well aware of this.
  • The city fringe benefits will result in rental growth
  • Auckland's campaign and projects to become the world's most livable city raises international awareness and attracts both local and off shore investors.   

Previous Experience

In the past, Alex has worked for various real estate companies in Germany and the UK. Prior to joining JLL he worked for 5 years as a Project Manager in an Auckland based construction company.

  • Bachelor of Arts (Real Estate Economics and Management)
  • Master of Arts (Construction and Real Estate Management)
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008
