After studying a Bachelor of Property at University of Auckland and several months in the industry, Michael joins JLL and operates in the North Shore Sales and Leasing Team with a strong focus on helping people meet needs in the commercial industrial market. In a fast changing industry it is certainly an exciting time to start. With persistent hard work and focus, within his first month Michael negotiated his first lease at 234 Bush Road and is now in progress of completed his first sale at 10C Rideway on a sole agency agreement as well as several promising opportunities in the pipe line. With such a good early start to his career, Michael is sure to bring much energy and positive results to the property industry.      

Michael is in general a well-rounded person. He used to be an Elite New Zealand Triathlete up until 2014 for which he competed nationally and internationally, achieving heights as far as New Zealand Secondary Schools Champion, podiums at elite national events and being included in the national high performance squads. Michael won ASB Sports Person of the Year in 2011 for Triathlon. As a sportsman, Michael is full of energy, focused and is accustomed to the highs and lows of real estate as he was for his sporting career. Now, as an agent, Michael has adapted into the workspace very quickly as a hardworking and ambitious individual. His excellent communication and negotiation skills allows him to canvas a variety of needs presented to him from the industry. Michael also has a passion for the outdoors, namely the ocean so enjoys surfing regularly as well as other action based sports. 

Past agency experience
Prior to joining JLL, Michael worked at Auckland property management for 4 months which provides Michael with extensive knowledge of the industry as a whole and the requirements of agency. Michael also has a wealth of experience in the promotions and marketing having worked with the social media marketing company Smile Dealers for the last 15months, so is well rehearsed with the sales process, working with people and their requirements.  ​
