As a member of JLL’s Global Hotel Desk, Corey assists investors in the Asia Pacific region by discussing foreign hospitality market dynamics and facilitating exposure to opportunities globally.

Corey has been with JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group since 2011 and was previously based in Los Angeles with a primary focus on hospitality real estate transactions in the western United States. Since joining JLL, Corey has transacted over US$2 billion of hospitality real estate. Notable transaction experience include the Hoshino Resorts Tomamu in Hokkaido, Japan, Parc 55 Hotel in San Francisco, Ritz-Carlton Kapalua Resort, and Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

Corey joined JLL in 2011 based in the Los Angeles office with a focus on hospitality transactions in the western United States. In January 2015, he relocated to Singapore to focus on transactions in the Asia Pacific region as well as to assist with JLL's Global Hotel Desk platform.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Corey worked with a Chicago-based hospitality investment and development firm. In that role, Corey was responsible for the underwriting, analysis and due diligence execution for hospitality acquisition and development opportunities across the United States.
Education and Affiliations
Corey holds an AB degree in Economics from Cornell University where he was a member of the Varsity Wrestling team.
