Tasos is responsible for managing assets and undertaking asset management advisory assignments across the Asia Pacific region.

Tasos has extensive Asset Management experience working with Hotel Owners and Operators in Asia and the Middle East. He possesses a blend of hotel asset management, finance and property/corporate operations, real estate investments and consulting experience.

Tasos is currently the President of Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Asia Pacific.

Over the last few years, Tasos has led numerous advisory and asset management assignments in the region including Operation Reviews, Annual Business Plan Reviews and negotiations, Hotel Operator Selections and Management Agreements Negotiations and on-going Asset Management for a range of properties ranging from luxury properties to upscale / midscale hotels.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Tasos was heading the Finance and Asset Management function of Emaar Hospitality Group with a prime hospitality asset portfolio comprising of luxury and upscale 5-star hotels and resorts, prime serviced residences, golf clubs, yacht clubs.

He also spent six years with OUE Group and Meritus Hotels & Resorts based in Singapore supervising the Asset Management function of the Group's prime hotel asset portfolio in Singapore, China and Malaysia. During this time he was also involved in the Asset Management and remodeling of the three Marina Square five-star hotel assets. Tasos also worked in ABN AMRO Asia Corporate Finance where he was involved in real estate and hospitality research and M&As and also in Euroconsultants, the largest listed business consultant in Greece.
