Previous experience
Mathew brings to Jones Lang LaSalle over 12 years of experience and personal contacts in the commercial property and hotel industries. He began his property career selling industrial and commercial property in the wider Dandenong and outer eastern Melbourne area with Jones Lang LaSalle and another major agency group.

Mathew has been responsible for the planning, implementation and divestment of significant marketing campaigns for hotel and commercial properties, all of which have achieved outstanding results for his clients.

Mathew’s employment background also includes the owning and running of his own hotel business. This operational experience has given him the ability to offer prospective purchasers an insight into the daily operation of businesses, as well as strategic advice aimed to increase the bottom line.

Responsible for opening the Melbourne office for the Hotels & Hospitality Group in July 2007, Mathew has been instrumental in the department’s growth and development.

Jones Lang LaSalle consistently sells more hospitality based real estate nationally than all its competitors combined.
