Jones Lang LaSalle wins International Sales Agency of the year at the 2012 Property Week Residential awards


London, 16th May 2012 - Jones Lang LaSalle has topped the International Sales Agency of the year category at the 2012 Property Week Residential awards held at the Intercontinental hotel on Park Lane on the 15th of May.

In a category shortlisted alongside Colliers International, Knight Frank and Savills, the judges said that Jones Lang LaSalle residential deserved the award, highlighting: “The team sold in excess of £1.25bn of new-build London residential property and residential investments internationally. These included many of the capital’s most significant new schemes such as The Heron in the City, the Landmark at Canary Wharf, Marconi House in Aldwych, Merchant Square in Paddington and 375 Kensington High Street. Alongside established markets in South East Asia and Hong Kong, the firm expand its operations to Russia, Turkey and the Middle East. It also has a dedicated China Desk.”
