Chris Fossick, Managing Director, Southeast Asia at Jones Lang LaSalle said, “Stephen has an impressive and extensive track record and will focus on building our footprint in Vietnam across all key service lines.  I am confident that he will be able to add real value to our business in Vietnam, and will successfully lead our teams to provide the best possible service to clients both in Vietnam and elsewhere in the region.”

“We thank David for his leadership over the past three years and wish him well in his new role. We believe activity within our capital markets business will increase as Vietnam’s real estate market starts to recover.”

Stephen Wyatt, country head for Jones Lang LaSalle Vietnam said, “Jones Land LaSalle has developed a strong business in Vietnam with a fantastic reputation for providing high quality professional advice to an enviable list of domestic and international clients. I am genuinely excited about joining the existing highly skilled, passionate and intelligent teams and will continue to grow the business and work closely with the extensive network of offices within the Asia Pacific Region”.
