Marsden Point Town Centre

Jones Lang LaSalle Research and Consultancy team provided analysis on the proposed Marsden Point - Ruakaka Town Centre in the Northland region of New Zealand. This involved the analysis to be broken into three parts. Firstly, a Synopsis of supporting factors for the development of Marsden Point.  Secondly, comparison analysis of other successful new town developments in New Zealand to compare and contrast with the subject development. Lastly, research based opinion on possible value parameters of the Town Centre over time in regard to zoning and other significant changes identified. The work that was taken place gave thorough insight into key facets of the surrounding area, while also researching other regions to provide accurate analysis for the intended parties.
