Case Study

Flatbush Town City

Flatbush is set to become one of Auckland’s newest town centres with 20 hectares of land in South Auckland forecast to support 45,000 residents and businesses over the next 15 – 20 years. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Research and Consultancy team were involved in the project from its early stages, providing Manukau City Council with quality information and research. We first modelled the likely future property and demographic trends in the area for Council.

More recently, JLL has looked more in-depth at the Office, Retail and Industrial Sectors, and identified the changes apparent in these property markets. The analysis provided by Jones Lang LaSalle is proving to be invaluable to all parties responsible for the future outcome of the new town centre.
