Case Study

Auckland Regional Council Land Use

ARC has made significant investments into providing a framework to support and attract further business opportunities to the region.  In order to further this work, they needed an independent advisor to provide strategic analysis on Auckland’s competitive edge for businesses in the future.

Recognised as an industry leader, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Research and Consultancy team provided an in-depth thorough research project on land supply and demand trend in the ARC. With closer analysis on four precincts, advantages and disadvantages where discussed regarding the various areas. From here conclusions where made concerning linkages, demographics, image, affordability, parking, and reverse sensitivity. This allowed us to advise the ARC of opportunities within the market place.
