Case Study

Helping our Clients into the Right Premises

Banklink was a tenant who had experienced significant growth in their business and no longer fitted into their 1200sqm in 10 Lion Place, Newmarket. They needed new space desperately, but their situation was complicated by having several years remaining on their lease.

They called on Jones Lang LaSalle’s leasing team for some lateral thinking to achieve an economic solution. We introduced them to Goodman and their property at Eden 5 in Mt Eden, where the top floor of 2300sqm was available for lease.

Jones Lang LaSalle managed extensive negotiations between the tenant and the landlord, finally agreeing that Banklink would lease the 2300sqm. We then finished the process for Banklink, acting as Master Agents for 10 Lion Place and ensuring the successful leasing of their old space.
