Wheelock Square: Aligning Values to Achieve Client’s Objectives

Renowned Hong Kong property developer Wharf Estates China, through its affiliate, Shanghai Wheelock Square Development Ltd, is developing a second international-class tower in Shanghai. Named Wheelock Square, this elegant premium-grade building will comprise 54 floors of office space with a total gross floor area of around 106,609 sqm and typical floor size of 2,100 sqm.

As joint sole leasing and marketing agent, we will capitalise on the excellent location and accessibility of the building to develop its market position and strategy.
