Shanghai Cross Ocean Property Development Co Ltd, an affiliate of US-based investment company Cross Ocean Investments Limited, aims to secure credible and prestigious tenants to Park Place, its first real estate project in Shanghai. The USD 330-million, 50-storey office tower is located above the Jingan Metro Station, adjacent to Jingan Park.
Taking advantage of the excellent location and accessibility of Park Place, we developed high-calibre marketing collaterals and devised a targeted marketing campaign focusing on top Fortune Global 500 companies. Through our combined solid local experience and extensive global client network, we identified credible high-profile target tenants that are aligned with the premium positioning of the project.
Our project leasing expertise helped position Park Place as one of the most sought-after business addresses in Shanghai. We achieved an impressive 83% pre-commitment upon the delivery of the building in 2Q08 and exceeded the developer’s ambitious goal to add real value to Cross Ocean’s investment portfolio.
