When global insurance company Allianz wanted to upgrade and extend their office space, they wanted it done right, first time. Rather than going the usual route of trying every agent in the market, they called in a dedicated partner, Jones Lang LaSalle. Jones Lang LaSalle acted as exclusive brokers for Allianz, reporting to their office in Australia. We made sure we knew our client, and what their requirements were before we even began our search for the perfect space in which to create a modern work environment. We then issued an RFP to the market and gathered expressions of interest from landlords. After search and analysis of the existing options in the market, several buildings were shortlisted.We supported Allianz through their negotiations, and a lease was entered into with the developers of a new A Grade building at 152 Fanshawe Street. The outcome was exactly what Allianz had been seeking, a well located office large enough to accommodate their current and future requirements, with an updated modern fitout that would support a modern work environment.
