Creating Real Value for Citigroup Tower

Real estate development company Shanghai Bading Properties Development Co Ltd owns Citigroup Tower, a 42-storey, Grade A office tower located in Shanghai's financial centre.

Appointed as Citigroup Tower’s property manager with just one week before its handover in March 2005, we were tasked to complete preparations for the building, a process which would normally take three months.

Through our one-stop asset management solutions, we delivered a three-pronged service offer for the development—management of the common areas in the building, customised integrated facility management for Citibank and leasing services for the developer.

Despite the tight time constraints and very competitive environment, our professionalism, expertise and diligence carried us through and helped us deliver a smooth transition of the building from developer to property management—resulting in a strong occupancy for the opening of Citigroup Tower.
