Securing Internationalised Interest for Changning Linkong

The 5.14-sq km Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Economic Zone is fast emerging as one of China’s most vibrant business areas. Linkong, the developer, and the Changning government wanted to transfer three pieces of commercial land in the economic zone and had targeted leading developers and investors for the area. To achieve their goal, the two considered launching a high-profile and active promotion.

Given the large size of the land on offer, Linkong needed to attract the participation of a number of high-profile developers. It was then decided to seek a co-organiser that had the extensive developer and investor network to secure the desired target audience. We were thus appointed two weeks before the major conference to advise and ensure a successful promotional event.

As marketing consultant and co-organiser, we mapped out effective marketing strategies, organised a sizeable promotion conference and followed up directly on leads.

Through our commitment and dedication on delivering value to our clients, we were able to secure the participation of 72 overseas and domestic developers and investors within two weeks and enhanced the image of Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Economic Zone.
