Wachovia is one of the largest providers of financial services in the United States, providing its clients top-notch asset management and corporate investment banking solutions.
Wachovia was confident in Jones Lang LaSalle’s ability to deliver high quality real estate service and hired us to supervise the fit-out of 23,000 sq ft of office space on the 22nd and the 23rd floors of AIG Tower as well as 60,000 sq ft of space on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of the City Plaza 4.
In line with the client’s goals, we rolled out the office fit-out project by first establishing a mission critical environment for Wachovia’s IT server room and trading area. We also devised a modular design for the system furniture to allow for future flexibility and expansion. We provided the premises with low partitions and arranged for an open general office to allow the spread of natural light and to be conducive for an open working environment.
