Supporting Swire Property’s ambitions for Three Pacific Place

Three Pacific Place is Swire Properties’ newest Grade A commercial development in Hong Kong. To secure the right tenants for this prime building, Swire relied on Jones Lang LaSalle’s expertise and appointed us as the property’s lead leasing agent.

As a result of the strategy we recommended to the client, Three Pacific Place reached about 86% occupancy level. During our appointment, rental rates climbed steadily surpassing the landlord’s expectations.

Three Pacific Place is now home to a number of high-profile tenants, including Fortune 500 organisations such as Microsoft, Société Generale, Bank of New York, Computer Associates and Accenture.
