We proceeded to conduct a thorough review of the client’s needs and subsequently recommended the adjoining space linked by two office towers at The Gateway, Harbour City.
The Gateway’s efficient floor plate and its strategic location put our client in an ideal position to achieve its business objectives. With Polo Ralph Lauren’s floor area more than doubled, its various operations are now settled under one roof, which boosted operational efficiency.
This transaction has also been the largest deal in the Harbour City and The Gateway portfolio since 2005.
