Full-service business law firm Deacons was occupying a number of floors in Alexandra House for over 20 years and decided to carry out a major office reorganisation. The plan included occupying new office space at the 14th floor of the building and churn works for the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 29th floors.
Relying on Jones Lang LaSalle’s expertise and vast experience of renovation works and office restacking, Deacons appointed us to project manage the whole process. We divided the move into 12 phases so enough existing working space was maintained and to minimise the number of staff moves.
Staying true to our promise of delivering real value solutions, we ensured that all of Deacons’ requirements ere met and all project goals were realised within the agreed time and budget.
The project was an unqualified success as we were able to set up a uniform space standard across each of Deacon’s business units and costs were managed 10% below the approved budget.
