The BAYVIEW Sold 300 Units in Three Days

Located in the Pearl district of Macau, The BAYVIEW consists of five 35-storey residential towers. Each tower provides approximately 186 three-bedroom units of about 1,600 sq ft. Towers 1, 2 and 5 have been designated for sale and the developer had decided to launch the project for sale in March in light of the improved market sentiment.

We are honoured to have been appointed as the sales and marketing consultant for The BAYVIEW and created a huge success for the project. Key highlights include: 

  • Right timing – we suggested launching the project after the Chinese New Year to capitalise on the brighter economic outlook and more favourable market sentiment 
  • Smart pricing and sale strategy – we recommended fixing selling prices at the market level in consideration of the nature of the property and its target customers 
  • Effective promotion – attracted more than 10,000 visitors to come to the show suite
  • Perfect deployment – over 300 salespersons from four major local agencies were posted on-site to cater to the needs of the visitors and buyers
  • Outstanding results – sold more than 300 units in three days, with a contracts turnover of HK$1.4 billion
