Ushering a new era of land development for Beiyuan area

Envisioned to be a modern mixed-use development, this 147.51-ha site sits near the Olympic Green, south of Beiyuan area. A total area of 2 million sqm is planned for construction, 278,000 sqm of which is allotted for retail and office use while the rest is earmarked for residential and related facilities.

The developer, Beijing Guohua Real Estate Co, wanted a service provider to deliver comprehensive property management services, including market research, land price estimation, project positioning, development model scenario comparison, land selection and legal consulting.
