Maximising the asset value of The Manhattan South Tower

Completed in 2007, The Manhattan South Tower commands a central position in Taipa, Macau, and is near the city’s major spots including the Cotai Strip and Nam Van Lake area. This prestigious development comprises 37 floors, offering a total of 88 three-bedroom to four-bedroom luxury apartments that ranges in size from 1,683 sq ft to 2,314 sq ft. The Manhattan Club, its 30,000-sq ft clubhouse, is second to none in the city and offers a complete range of best-in-class amenities.

Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed by our client, a Singapore-based company, to be the Sole Leasing Agent, Transaction Manager and Tenancy Manager for the lease and sale of The Manhattan South Tower’s 88 brand-new luxury apartments.

As Sole Agent and Transaction Manager, we were tasked to give advice on marketing strategies, coordinate marketing activities and help solicit the best tenants and purchasers to maximise our client’s asset value. As Tenancy Manager, our main function was to provide our client with comprehensive tenancy management services: from fit-out work to the handover of premises and tenancy administration.
