Case Study

Facilitating Accenture’s successful office relocation

A leading management and consulting service provider, Accenture sought to relocate its Beijing office from Kerry Centre to Capital Tower. Accenture needed a reliable firm to manage this project and meet the expectations of its high-level management team. As a leading global real estate management firm, Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed by Accenture to oversee the whole project—from building selection to final move.

Working on a tight schedule, our project management team addressed each issue quickly and minimised cost impact to the client. Although many variations occurred at the behest of Accenture, cost control was managed aggressively to ensure that the project will be finished under the agreed budget.

Delivering the project on time, within budget and exceeding the client’s expectations, Accenture’s Beijing office was successfully relocated to Capital Tower in February 2007. A number of positive feedbacks for the project management team were elicited from the end-users—proof that Jones Lang LaSalle had once again created real value for our clients.
