Real value and quick results for HSBC GCS Foshan

HSBC GCS required a built-to-suit space in Foshan. The company preferred a long-term lease commitment instead of an outright purchase. This project was the first ‘warm-shell’ delivery model for HSBC, and wanted a reliable service provider that can meet all of its requirements. Relying on our word-class expertise and commitment to deliver real value for our clients, HSBC turned to Jones Lang LaSalle for this assignment.

Our firm formed a specialised dedicated team to deliver the whole project. For this mandate, we deployed an integrated transaction and project management service model and translated HSBC’s technical requirements and lesson learnt from India to our China project.

As a result, leasing deal, base building construction and interior project were completed according to plan. Jones Lang LaSalle was also able to fast track the project’s delivery, enabling HSBC to move in just after nine months from the signing of the LOI.
