Case Study

A successful endeavour for Fidelity Investment’s venture in Bangalore

Fidelity Investments is one of the largest providers of financial services in the world, offering investment management, retirement planning, human resources and benefits outsourcing services. With its intention to expand its services in the Indian subcontinent, the company set out to develop a 300,000 sq ft IT/ITES facility in Bangalore.

Fidelity turned to Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj to carry out various objectives for the completion of this project. Leveraging on our expertise in project management, our firm implemented fast site execution models and meticulous tracking mechanisms, coordinating and executing base building to allow for early occupation and implementing disaster management techniques to ensure business continuity.

Upon the completion of the project, Fidelity was extremely satisfied with our efforts because of the over 10% savings realised compared with the project’s original budget.
