Accenture is a leading global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. The company considers India as one of its largest developing domestic markets and has executed a massive strategy to commence CRM and BPO businesses in the country.
The company turned to Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj to handle several of its project sites for its CRM and BPO operations. The Firm undertook numerous tasks such as partnering with key CRE personnel and formulating and improving on robust processes and procedures that are tailored for each site to ensure the success of Accenture’s operations.
The project proved to be a success. We were able to centralise key operations throughout the various project sites and achieved 35% and 11% savings on staff transportation costs and optimisation of resources, respectively.
