A proven partnership at Chennai’s DLF IT Park

The DLF group is one of the leading real estate developer’s in India committed to quality, trust and customer satisfaction. Already a major player in key locations across the country, DLF capitalises on emerging market opportunities to develop high-end facilities and projects to its wide base of customers.

In line with its thrust to deliver quality developments, the company chose Jones Lang LaSalle to provide project marketing services for its IT park development (DLF IT Park) in Chennai As project consultants, we were tasked to market South India's largest IT park and first IT-geared SEZ (special economic zone).

The strategies developed by our marketing specialists highlighted the park’s strong suits. A strategic marketing programme was executed to brand build the development and showcase strengths and features of the development. These initiatives turned out to be very successful, delivering tangible results such as achieving pre-lease commitments of 1.8 million sq ft of space, commanding higher rental rates and securing high-quality, high-net-worth tenants like IBM and Symantec.

Having nurtured a fruitful alliance over the years, this assignment further strengthened the partnership between DLF and Jones Lang LaSalle.
